Shipping & returns

AMBROSE COLLECTION's standard delivery time is approximately two to four weeks. Shipping costs are calculated by dimensional weight, shipping method, and destination for each online order. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service department for a quote when shipping to an address outside of the continental United States.

Bedding is a very personal item and that is why AMBROSE COLLECTION only accepts unused and unopened products in the original condition within 10 days of receipt. You must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning a product, to do so please contact our customer service. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns that are received after our 10 day grace period. Custom items are non-returnable.
